Full Service Wedding Planner duties include:
- Initial "Getting to know you" Consultation (Free to the first ten clients)
- Detailed budget planning which includes all ideas with regards to the theme, style and design.
- Unlimited access via email, phone, and in person. (phone calls unlimited during business hours only)

- Customized wedding calendar and checklist
- Venue scouting and tours to fit your budget
- Access to professionals in industry.
- Assistance with all contracts
- Assist with all aspects of your invitations
- Accompany to all vendor meetings
- Accompany to meal tasting and menu selections
- Wedding kit to keep all vendor contact information, your wedding information,etc.
- Accompany to final appointments with vendors and venues
- Creation of wedding day time line
- Assistance with rehearsal dinner location and arrangements
- Hotel and travel accommodations for out-of-town guest
- Research activities and events locally for out-of-town guest
- Assist with bridal shower planning
- Final vendor confirmations, location to site and directions
- Assist with day after brunch
- Orchestration of wedding day ceremony
- Coordination of the whole day of wedding
- Honeymoon planning
- Transportation planning
- Assist with planning reception
- Assist with guest list
- Creation of wedding day agenda sent to vendors
- Keep in contact with your bridal party, keep them updated and informed
- Assist with theme
- Assist with vendors on site at the wedding
