A Day of Wedding Planner duties:
- Consultation
- Assist with guestlist
- Available via email, phone anytime (phone calls unlimited during business hours)
- Three-in-person meetings starting six weeks prior to event
- Review all contracts and contact all vendors
- Set up a day of timeline
- Coordinate all vendors based on timeline
- First vendor to arrive to make sure all vendors are ready to go on time
- Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding date
- Lining up and cueing wedding party when it is time to walk down aisle
- Gathering family and wedding party for photos
- Ensuring proper placement of wedding favors, wedding programs, wedding bubbles, exit petals, disposable cameras
- Work closely with bridal attendant
- Make sure that band, dj, play all songs requested (provide song list)
- Guides you gracely through day
- Keeping track of special items, making sure nothing is broken
- Distributing gratuities and final payments to vendors
- Arranging your transportation
- Ensure vendors provide services as requested
- Honeymoon planning
- Assistance with planning reception
